Recently had my EV5 ceramic coated and the windows tinted. A very positive experience with Freddy even responding to some questions days after the job was completed. Car looks amazing with dirt and dust rinsing off very easily. Freddy always responded to any questions or concerns I had throughout the whole process. He may not answer straight away, but that just shows how busy he is working on your car. He even provided me with a fairly detailed response on the products to use in maintaining the car and where to purchase these products. Will be looking to get my other car done with pro spec now.

How long does a ceramic coating last?
It depends on the coating and how the car is looked after. Our packages carry a 5 year warranty on the Enthusiast 9H, 7 years on the Premium 10H Graphene and 9 years on the Luxury 10H Ceramic. Safe washing and the occasional maintenance detail keep the coating performing for its full life.
What is the difference between ceramic and graphene coating?
Both bond to the clear coat and add gloss, protection and water beading. Graphene coatings are reinforced with graphene, which makes them tough, slick and especially good at resisting water spotting, so they suit cars that are driven daily. Our Luxury 10H Ceramic gives the highest gloss for show and garaged cars.
Do I need paint correction before a coating?
Yes. A coating locks in whatever is underneath it, including swirls and scratches. That is why every one of our coating packages includes paint correction first, so the coating protects a flawless finish.
Will a ceramic coating stop stone chips and scratches?
No. A coating adds a hard, slick layer that helps against light marring, but it will not stop stone chips or deeper scratches. For impact protection we recommend paint protection film (PPF) on the front end and high-wear areas, which can be coated on top for the best of both.
Does a brand new car need a coating?
New cars benefit the most, as the paint is at its best. Many still arrive with swirls and marring from transport and dealer preparation, so we correct the paint first and then coat it, locking in that new car finish from day one.
How long before I can wash my car?
We recommend waiting about a week before the first wash so the coating can fully cure. In the meantime, keep it dry where you can and remove bird droppings promptly with a soft, damp microfibre cloth. We will go through everything at handover.
How much does ceramic coating cost in Penrith?

Is my coating covered by warranty?
Yes. Each package comes with a warranty: 5 years for the Enthusiast 9H, 7 years for the Premium 10H Graphene and 9 years for the Luxury 10H Ceramic. We will run through the care requirements at handover so your warranty stays valid.
Should I get a ceramic coating or PPF?
They do different jobs. A coating gives gloss, easy cleaning and chemical and UV protection, while PPF physically protects against stone chips and scratches. Many owners do both: PPF on the front and high-impact areas, and a coating over the whole car.
How long will you need my car?
It depends on the size of the car, the paint condition and the package. Paint correction and curing take time, so we will confirm how long we need when we quote and book you in.

Caring for a coated car
First week
Avoid washing the car while the coating cures. Remove bird droppings promptly with a soft, damp microfibre cloth.
Wash safely
Two-bucket hand wash with a pH-neutral shampoo. Avoid automatic car washes and brushes.
Dry properly
Use a clean, plush drying towel or a blower to prevent water spots.
Top up
A coating-safe topper every few months keeps the gloss and beading strong.
